ACCESS TO THE AIRPORT

	By road Lisbon’s international airport in 7 km from the city centre and offers daily flights to the main cities of the world. The Portuguese airlines, TAP Portugal and PGA – Portugalia Airlines ,as the main international airlines have direct flights to and from Lisbon. Portugal has a good motorway network (AE), principal itinerary (IP), complementary itinerary (IC), national roads (EN), municipal roads (EM). All the roads are marked with their own symbol and have tolls, prices can be checked in www.brisa.pt or www.aeatlantico.pt.

	Buses www.eva-bus.com (South and Spain) www.rede-expressos.pt (Portugal) www.barraqueirotransportes.pt (North of Lisbon including Fátima) www.rodonorte.pt (form North for the cities until Lisbon) Regular bus service with connections to all the cities and towns.

	Taxi The taxies are usually a beige colour ,although there are still some black ones with green roofs, the traditional Portuguese taxis. The price is shown on the meter and the fares are shown on the inside of the vehicle or you can ask the driver to see them.

	Underground An important extra to the traditional public transport, the underground runs in Lisbon and Oporto form 06.00 to 01.00 hours. Being the oldest the Lisbon underground (www.metrolisboa.pt) covers an extensive area of the city, with a network which has been expanded in recent years.
